John F. Luehrs
John Fredrick Luehrs, age 63, of Lohrville, died unexpectedly at home on Monday, July 1, 2024.
He was born April 14, 1961, in Winthrop, MN, the son of Donald and Julieann Caturia Luehrs. John attended Wautoma High School. On November 15, 1986, he was united in marriage to Ann Wemmer at Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite.
John delivered newspapers for Oshkosh Northwestern for 36 years. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. John was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite.
He is survived by his wife, Ann; mother, Julieann; two sisters, Susan (Harry) Christensen and Jennifer (Danny) Dibble; one brother, Jim (Sheila) Luehrs; and many nieces, nephews and friends. John was preceded in death by his father, Donald; and nephew, Brock Dibble.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 12, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., with Rev. Gregory Sluke officiating. Interment will be in Saxeville Union Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite.
