Allen E. Widder
Allen Edward Widder, age 73, died peacefully on October 31, 2015.
He was born January 21, 1942, in Sheboygan, the son of Donald and Vera Parnitzke Widder. Allen was a 1960 graduate of Berlin High School and attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. In 1960, he was united in marriage to Maureen Murray at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Berlin. Allen was an Office Machine Technician for 25 years and had an antique clock business in St. Louis.
Allen is survived by his wife, Maureen; six children, Mary (James) Kowske, Michael (Dorothy) Widder, Shari (Emmanuel) Yentumi, Daniel Widder, Matthew (Maria) Widder and Nancy (Eric) Baier; 8 grandchildren, Danielle (Chris) Enright, Ryan Widder, Laura Widder, Justin Widder, Gavin Baier, Arthur (Nikia) Yentumi, Martha Yentumi and Alexander Yentumi; brother, Hal (Margaret) Decker; and cousins and classmates. He was preceded in death by his parents, Vera and Kenneth Decker and his father, Donald Widder.
Graveside services were held Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Berlin, with Father Vincent Heier officiating. Local arrangements were entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel of Berlin.
