Jeffrey A. Putzke

Loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend, Jeffrey Alden Putzke, age 49, of Berlin, went to be with his loving father on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

He was born June 4, 1972, in Berlin, the son of Alden and Carol Fleegal Putzke. Jeff was a 1991 graduate of Berlin High School. He was previously married to Torry Dillman and they were blessed with two amazing daughters, Aerin and Delaney Putzke.

His early days were spent on the family farm, looking up to and admiring his dad until he passed away when he was eight. His love of farm life and working hard stayed with him until his very last day. Jeff entered the work field and further learned the value of hard work by being employed by his godfather, uncle Cliff. He was also employed at Mercury Marine for 18 years and was currently a foreman at Michels Power. He loved his job and everyone he worked with. Jeff lived life to the fullest! He was an avid antique picker, enjoyed hunting, tractor pulling and spending time with his precious daughters, extended family and his special friend, Tracy Prellwitz. His laughter and banter were contagious. When you spent time with him, you made memories for a lifetime.

He is survived by his two daughters, Aerin Putzke and Delaney Putzke; mother, Carol (Howard) Zabel; brother, Douglas (Dawn) Putzke; sister, Jennifer (Chris) Gonzales; special friend, Tracy Prellwitz; nieces and nephews, Tanner, Alden, Presley and Tillie; his fur babies, Duke and Sylvester; and many more extended family and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Alden Putzke; grandparents, Harry (Elnora) Fleegal and Ed (Irene) Putzke; aunt and godmother, Jean Wegner; and uncle and godfather, Paul Putzke.
