Robert L. “Bob” Pence
Robert Lee Pence, age 65, of Berlin, died peacefully at home on Friday, January 20, 2023.
He was born August 20, 1957, in Dayton, Ohio, the son of Alfred and Edith Adkins Pence. He was a 1975 graduate of Berlin High School. On June 30, 1989, he was united in marriage to Rebecca Klimke in Green Lake.
Bob worked for Senior Engineering as a fabricator, and owned Riverview Small Engines. He was past Commodore and member of the Berlin Boat Club, as well as past president and charter member of the Berlin Street Cruzers Car Club. Bob enjoyed being an all-around handyman.
He is survived by his wife, Becky; three sons, Alan (Sabrina) Pence, Josh Pence, and Jacob Pence (fiancé, Kayla Gilles); one daughter, Danielle Pence; nine grandchildren, Alex, Abigail, Hailey, Gracie, Dominic, Chloe, Ava, James and Kole; one sister, Valerie (Tom) Wucherer; niece, Natalie Wucherer; nephew, Aidan Wucherer; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Tom Pence.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin.
