Mildred M. Mentuis
Mildred M. Mentuis, age 89, of Berlin, died peacefully on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at Juliette Manor in Berlin.
She was born September 29, 1926, in IL, the daughter of Samuel and Julia Kosinska Strok.
She is survived by her son, Steve (Becky) Mentuis; brother, James (Diane) Strok; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Walter Mentuis Sr.; son, Walter Mentuis Jr.; daughter, Lynn Vistan; sister, Irene Cook; and brother, Andrew Strok.
Memorial services will be held Friday, November 13, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin, with Father David Greenfield officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Barbola Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
