Kevin N. Klawitter
Kevin Nicholas Klawitter, age 28, of Berlin, died unexpectedly on Saturday, December 25, 2021.
He was born April 11, 1993, in Oshkosh, the son of Jerry and Lara Griepentrog Klawitter. Kevin was a 2012 graduate of Berlin High School. Kevin loved to tinker and had a knack to take stuff apart and rebuild. He was a video gamer but also found time to get outdoors to ride his motorcycle and go mudding with his truck. Kevin was a good practical joker and had one heck of a laugh!
He is survived by his wife, Brittany Shomberg; children, Jameson and Merridith; mother, Lara Correll; father, Jerry Klawitter; stepmother, Melissa Klawitter; two brothers, Benjamin Klawitter (special friend, Tara) and Conor Klawitter; sister, Rebecca (Gage) Chier; paternal grandmother, Arleen Klawitter; maternal grandfather, Gary (Judy) Griepentrog; and maternal grandmother, Donna Kamplain. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Kevin was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Klawitter; brother, Gregory Klawitter; and good friends, Andrew, Ruthie and Bobby.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin, and on Thursday one hour prior to the services. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, December 30, at 11:00 a.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel, Rev. Becky Kindschi officiating. Interment will be in Nepeuskun Cemetery.
