Betty H. Fellner
Betty Hattie “Betty Boop” Fellner, age 70, of Poy Sippi, died peacefully on Wednesday, February 16, 2022.
She was born October 15, 1951, in the Township of Meeme, in Manitowoc County, the daughter of Frederick and Roma Seifert Hemb. Betty was a 1968 graduate of Kiel High School. On June 17, 1978, she was united in marriage to Robert Fellner in Appleton. Betty enjoyed golfing and bowling. She bowled at Radtke Lanes in Weyauwega and Poy Sippi/Madell’s Lanes. She also liked fishing, watching Wheel of Fortune and Lawrence Welk.
She is survived by her siblings, Joan Loebbaka, MarJean (Jerry) Gutschow, Darlene Steffen (significant other Verlyn Voland), Sharilyn (Daniel) Wusterbarth, Randall (Mary) Hemb, Paula (Jim) Haelfrisch and Eric Hemb; special friend, Rod Frankovis; brother-in-law, Daniel Schaefer; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert on February 21, 2003; two sisters, Barbara (John) Mayer and Diana Schaefer; and brother-in-law, Robert Loebbaka.
There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, February 23, from 11:00 am to 1:00 p.m. at Barbola Funeral Chapel in BERLIN, followed by a time of remembrance.
