Roxanne M. Feldmann
Roxanne Marie Feldmann, age 81, of Berlin, died Saturday, May 16, 2015 at her home following a courageous battle with cancer.
She was born Roxana McNutt on February 3, 1934 in Shawano County, WI. Roxanne was the daughter of Cyril and Clarabelle Poulin McNutt. She was a 1952 graduate of Berlin High School, and was proud to have been a cheerleader.
On July 2, 1955, she was united in marriage to Roger Feldmann at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Berlin. Roxanne worked as a checkout clerk at several Berlin grocery stores and then worked for over 20 years at Fox River Industries as a client supervisor.
She is survived by her son, Steven; her siblings, Claire Mae (Frank) Vlasis, Phillip Unold, Janet Krueger, Patricia (Richard) Johannes, Mary Jane (James) Hough, Robert H. Carey, Rear Admiral (Ret.) James J. (Arlene) Carey, and Dennis Carey; and many nieces and nephews. Much of Roxanne’s life was spent with the Carey family, and she held them all deep in her heart. Preceding her in death were her parents; her foster parents, Robert E. and Ruth Harrison Carey; her husband, Roger; and her siblings, George and Dale McNutt, Doris Peniston, and James Unold.
Memorial services will be held at a later date. Inurnment will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
