Rosemarie Dunham
Rosemarie Dunham, age 90, of Berlin, formerly of Hartland, WI, died peacefully on Monday, April 13, 2020, at ThedaCare Medical Center-Berlin.
She was born July 29, 1929, in Oconomowoc, WI, the daughter of Maxwell and Lillian Sisley Gruender. Rosemarie was a 1947 graduate of Oconomowoc High School. On December 24, 1949, she was united in marriage to Thomas Dunham. Rosemarie was co-founder of Dunham Transmission in Milwaukee. She was a member of Wauwatosa Newcomer’s and Women’s Club, Hartland Women’s Club and Beaver Lake Yacht Club.
She is survived by her son, Thomas (Julie) Dunham II; daughter, Jane (Steve) Austin; four grandchildren, RoseAnn Struble, Jake Struble, Catherine (Carlos) Valenzuela and Tom (Lisa) Dunham III; two step-grandchildren, Amy Austin and Matt (Karen) Austin; four great-grandchildren, Ethan, Penelope, Greta and Winifred; five step-great-grandchildren, Ginger, Sammy, Wyatt, Payton and Brinley; and sister, Maxine Holmgren. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Thomas, on November 30, 1983; son, David; and grandson, Michael D. Dunham.
Private family services will be held at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Interment will be in WI Memorial Park in Milwaukee. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
