Dorothy J. Starks
Dorothy Jean Starks, age 77, of Berlin, died peacefully on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at ThedaCare Medical Center-Berlin.
She was born July 11, 1944, in Omaha, NE, the daughter of Harold and Flossie Cutrell Jensen. Dorothy was a 1962 graduate of South High School, Omaha, NE. She worked at Taylor County Sheriff’s Department in Iowa, as a Dispatcher.
She is survived by her son, Clint Starks; daughter, Trisha (Ron) Erxleben; grandchildren, Lena Erxleben, Caleb Starks, Chloe Starks, Catie Starks and Cayson Starks; brother, Davey Jensen; and nieces, nephews and friends. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven Starks; sister, Jackie Novak; and friend of 27 years, Henry Supenski.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, April 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Rev.
