Peter J. Slavik, age 50, of Neshkoro, died unexpectedly on July 1, 2018, in Milwaukee.

He was born July 6, 1967, in Milwaukee, WI, the son of James and Rose Mary Swenarski Slavik. Peter was preceded in death by his father; and two brothers, John and Jerome.

Survivors include his “Mama” and step father, Rose Mary and James Wartchow; daughter, Stephanie Pooler; two brothers, James Jr. (Dawn) and William; sister, Mary (Richard) Lazinski; and other relatives and friends.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Wednesday, July 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin, with a memorial service following at 1:00 p.m.
