Dennis August Schram, age 75, of Berlin, died unexpectedly on Friday, October 19, 2018, at his home.

He was born August 29, 1943, in Berlin, the son of Victor and Mildred Schroeder Schram. Dennis passionately loved working the land and farmed all his life on the family farm south of Berlin with his brother, Richard, nephew, Ken, niece, Lisa and great-nephew, Jay. You could always find him sitting in his John Deere Gator with Charlie the dog. Dennis especially enjoyed watching airplanes fly over the farm. He was baptized, confirmed and a member of Grace English Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his brother, Richard (Charlotte) Schram; twin sister, Diane Timm; and sister-in-law, Candy Schram. Dennis was a special uncle to all his nieces and nephews, Debbie, Shari, Krista, Denise, Candie, Ken, Corey, Angie, Aaron and Lisa, and their families; his great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces. Dennis was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Edward Schram; and brother-in-law, Donald Timm.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Funeral services will be held at Barbola Funeral Chapel at 7:00 p.m., Rev. Scott T. Piper officiating. Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery. A memorial has been established.
