Theresa A. Legler
Theresa Alina Legler, age 33, of Fond du Lac, died on Friday, August 14, 2020, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
She was born July 30, 1987, in Berlin, WI, the daughter of Timothy and Linda Chappa Guell. Theresa was a 2005 graduate of Wautoma High School and worked for Quality Packaging in Fond du Lac. She loved being with people, music, swimming, going for walks, painting people’s fingernails and loved a special dog named Onyx. She really enjoyed the color purple.
She is survived by her mother, Linda (Chuck) Petit; brother, Jason Guell; grandmother, Carol Guell; nephew, Gaige; niece, Destiny; step-mother, Sue; step-brothers, Brian (Sarah) Petit, Mike (Jan) Schmid and Stephan Schmid; step-sisters, Heather Petit, Brenda (Justin) Marks, Diane (Ron) Polum, Cheryl (Mike) Krueger and Nannette (Michael) Williams; and aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Theresa was preceded in death by her father, Timothy, on April 6, 2019; grandparents; and step-father, Richard “Shorty” Schmid, on December 3, 2002.
Private family graveside services and inurnment will be held in Pine River Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel of Berlin.
