Bonnie J. Johnson
Bonnie Jean Johnson, age 67, of Berlin, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Cherry Meadows Hospice in Appleton.
She was born January 2, 1955, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Lawrence and Hazel Butzin Klawitter. On May 25, 2001, she was united in marriage to Michael Johnson. Bonnie loved gardening, working in her yard and watching birds, especially hummingbirds. She always enjoyed spending time with her dog, Baby Girl.
She is survived by her husband, Mike; two daughters, Lisa (Shaun) Schwartz and Crystal Lamar; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; two brothers, Duane “Sonny” Klawitter and Fred (Roberta) Klawitter; sister-in-law, Arlene Klawitter; and nieces and nephews. Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Sue Klawitter and Sally Michael; and one brother, James Klawitter.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12, from 10:00 a.m. to Noon, at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin with funeral services being held at Noon. Interment will be in Welsh Cemetery.
