Shirlee R. Johnson

Shirlee Rita Johnson, age 87, of Berlin, died peacefully on Tuesday, March 6, 2018, at Juliette Manor in Berlin, where she had resided for the past 8 years.

She was born August 16, 1930, in New Jersey, the daughter of William and Kathaleen Condon Russo. Shirlee was a graduate of Blessed Sacrament High School in Newark, NJ, and she attended Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ. She was united in marriage to George E. Johnson, who preceded her in death in 1993. Shirlee was Catholic by faith.

Shirlee is survived by her daughter, Cathy Danzeisen; three sons, Zachary, Todd and Marc Danzeisen; daughter-in-law, Jennifer Danzeisen; and two grandchildren, Nicholas and Stefani Danzeisen.

Family Graveside Services will be held at All Souls Catholic Cemetery, Long Beach, CA at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel of Berlin.
