Marjorie Ellen Hallman, age 86, of Berlin, died peacefully on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at Markesan Resident Home, where she has resided the past few months.
She was born December 15, 1925 in Racine, WI, the daughter of Clemon and Ellen Rehfeldt Fay. She was united in marriage to Harry Hallman at St. Michael Catholic Church in Berlin on May 23, 1973. Marjorie worked as a sewer at Lambskin Slipper and W.C. Russell Moccasin in Berlin for many years. She was a member of All Saints Catholic Church, (and formerly of St. Michael.)
She is survived by one sister, Marion Ceman of Berlin; three brothers, Ray Fay of Green Lake, Ervin
(Alice) Fay of Omro, and Willard (Lucy) Fay of Greenville, ME; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry on Sept. 13, 1996; her parents; two brothers,
Donald Fay and Warren Fay; three sisters, Arlene Schunelle, Luella Sandrin, and Pearl O’Kon.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Barbola Funeral Chapel in
Berlin, the Rev. Jerome Maksvytis officiating. Interment will be in St. Michael Catholic Cemetery in
Berlin. Friends and relatives may call on Monday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Barbola
Funeral Chapel.
