Richard L. “Dick” Ziebell, age 72, died on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 at Evergreen Retirement Community in Oshkosh.
Dick served in the Army National Guard from 1964-1969. He retired from J.J. Keller & Associates, after 19 years as a Product Development Manager. Dick served as an organist at several area churches throughout most of his adult life and at Evergreen Retirement Community chapel services during his retirement. He loved music, the outdoors and a “simple” life.
He will be missed by friends and family, and most especially by his wife, Lois; brother, Ron (Nancy)
Ziebell; nephew, Steven (Amy) Ziebell; niece, Caryn (Brian) Thal; great nieces, Addison and Isla; his
sister-in-law, Eunice Stevens; and his Doberman Pinchers, Spirit and Paris.
Friends and relatives may call on Saturday, May 31 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fiss & Bills-
Poklasny Funeral Home, 865 S. Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh. Private interment will follow at Lake
View Memorial Park in Oshkosh. Arrangements have been entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel of
Berlin. Memorials may be directed to Oshkosh Area Humane Society and Evergreen Retirement
