Nancy K. Pliskie, age 53, died unexpectedly on Friday, April 18, 2014 at home.

She was born October 19, 1960 in Stevens Point, the daughter of Leonard and Freda Olson Herman.

Nancy was a 1978 graduate of Stevens Point Area Senior High School. On August 4, 1985, she was

united in marriage to Ken Pliskie. She enjoyed the outdoors, biking, painting and sewing.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Ken; daughter, Kyla Pliskie (Erik Crots); son, Alyk Pliskie; her

parents; and sisters, Leah (Kenneth) Lepinski, Diane (Mike) Matysik, Beth Herman (Paul Nellessen)

and Sara (John) DeNucci.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 7:00 pm. at Shuda Funeral Chapel, 2400

Plover Road in Plover. Friends and relatives may call on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at

Shuda Funeral Chapel. Local arrangements have been entrusted to Barbola Funeral Chapel of Berlin.
