Kathryn Ann Johannes, age 54, of Berlin, died at the home of her mother on Wednesday, August 24, 2011.
Kathryn was born January 15, 1957 in Berlin, WI. She was the daughter of Kenneth and Elaine Doughty Radliff. She was a graduate of Berlin High School, the Class of 1975.
She held and cared for many children over the years. Most precious of course were her six grandchildren. She was employed for over 15 years at the Little Sprouts Day Care in Redgranite and at Wal-Mart in Berlin. Kathryn loved to travel, with Hawaii being her favorite. She took pride in decorating her home and loved to work in her
garden and yard. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church.
Kathryn is survived by her two sons, Derrick (Kate) Johannes of Berlin and Darren (Jennifer) Johannes
of Oshkosh and their father, Delbert Johannes of Berlin; six grandchildren, Mya, Aliyah, Jaiyda,
Dominic, Cameron, and Brady; her mother, Elaine Humphrey of Berlin; two brothers, Rick Radliff of
Lynnwood, WA and Robert (Amy) Radliff of Berlin; one sister, Kim (Charles) Robinson of Fort Worth,
TX; two aunts, Eileen Boehlke and Elaine Hockenhull, both of Berlin; special friend, Howard Hoffman;
nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth; twin brothers, Keith and
Kevin Radliff; and sister-in-law, Nan.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, August 27 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church in Berlin,
the Rev. Bryan G. Lundquist officiating. Interment will be in Welsh Cemetery in the Town of Aurora. The
family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, August 26 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Barbola
Funeral Chapel in Berlin and on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services at the church.
