Eric Nicholas “Gonzo” Gonzales, age 21, of Berlin, died unexpectedly on Sunday, September 1, 2013.
Eric was born April 9, 1992 in Oshkosh, the son of Blas Gonzales Jr. and Connie Chamberlin. He was a 2010 graduate of Berlin High School.
He worked with his father at Gonzales and Sons Roofing. Gonzo was a proud father, loving brother and son. He was liked by everyone he met.
Arianna Rose Gonzales; grandparents, Julie (Robert) Shackelford, Blas Gonzales Sr., Patricia Mooney,
and Catherine (Oliver) Disotell; three sisters, Cassie (Anthony) Alberson, Angelica Gonzales, and
Angel Shackelford; two brothers, Brandon Gonzales and Michael Gonzales; and many aunts, uncles,
cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gloria Chamberlin.
The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday, September 5, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00
p.m. at Barbola Funeral Chapel in Berlin. Private interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Berlin.
